Lovely staff, very friendly and attentive to our requests and problems. The breakfast buffet is large and diverse. Plenty of options. The rooms we had were spacious and clean. Great view of the sunset from our room and the lounge on floor 12. Amenities okay, nothing amazing. We’d stay here again. Rikki H
Going through an upgrading of their rooms and facilities so daytime (9am -6pm) tend to be noisy.
I stayed at their Club room but as it was not renovated yet, everything feels dated & old. Room was spacious and had nice view of the sea & surrounds.
Staff are generally helpful & cheery.
Will probably go back after they complete their upgrading works by 2018Â TJ T
I went here last 2 nights to attend a wedding celebration. It’s a chinese setting dinner and i found that the lighting setup on the event quite interesting but food wise are below my expectation. The stir fried lamb was hard and not easy to chew and the deep fried seabass also overcooked. It could be better. Girllyen Marcie

I stayed here for two days.
When the second day was awful!
After I took shower,when I dry my hair,suddenly the hair dryer was on fire and I throw it away on the ground. Just frightened me out totally!!!It’s almost burn my hair!
The most made me engaged was the receptions attitude.They said was okay fine are you okay? Send the new one for you,and then said like it’s a normal thing, I’m too fussy.
If it burn on my face or my skin,who bears the consequence? And this hotel nobody concerned this things! but argue with English was too tired,so I decide comment here! If next time I come here,I will never ever live in this awful hotel. Kristel Tung

Overall the hotel is average. Service is where it lacks the most and that should be the pride of any hotel. I’ve had multiple experiences here where rooms were not made up properly, amenities were lacking, and service from the hotel restaurant/ bar was abysmal. Nonetheless, most of their rooms have been recently refurbished to give it a modern twist. Room service on the other hand is impeccable. Food is served promptly and does taste good. But for the nightly rate, service should be the priority, which is what is giving this review 2-stars. Alvin Chia
This hotel live to its expection as a 5 stars hotel. The location is excellent, close to the jesselton port (access to the island hopping), food market and convinience store which barely walking distance. Nice seaview from the hotel.
Normally I didn’t really put much attention to it but I think some of things that they could improve are:
1. The cleanliness of the hotel floor
2. The amenities
3. The minibar (no minibar?)

The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to markets such as night market, wet market, waterfront restaurants and shopping malls. We were greeted friendly by the staff during our arrival and they attended our request without fuss. The service from all staff was great during our stay. Although the rooms are a little dated, they are well maintained, and comfortable with good amenities. Jacky Tan
My girlfriend injured herself on a tour. The hotel was extremely freindly and assisting for all our needs. from a wheelchair to taxis and back to the room to allowing breakfreast to be brang up to our hotel room. Would revisit this hotel. justin justin
